The HeatKit Core
The HeatKit core is the internal combustion and heat exchange system of a masonry heater.
Each system is built on-site by a skilled mason or builder using brick, stone or other masonry materials. This allows full customization while maintaining the performance of a proven system.

What’s Included
HeatKit core systems are available in two package options depending on how you would like to source materials for your project.
Option 1 — Complete Build Kit
Includes everything required to assemble the heater core:

Option 2 — Core Component Kit
Includes:
In this option, firebrick, refractory mortar, ceramic fibre insulation, and related materials are sourced separately by the client or builder.
Finishing Materials
Exterior facing and finish materials such as brick, stone, plaster, or tile are not included in either package, allowing complete flexibility in the final appearance of the heater.
Add a traditional white bake oven above the firebox for wood-fired cooking with retained heat. Because flames do not pass directly through the chamber, the oven provides clean, even heat ideal for bread, pizza, roasting, and baking.
Heated Benches
Incorporate straight, wrap-around, or fully custom heated bench layouts to extend radiant warmth throughout the space while increasing overall thermal storage capacity.
Custom Finish
Every heater is finished on-site and tailored to the home it’s built in. Popular finish options include brick, natural stone, and plaster, with each installation offering a unique final appearance.
